I am a clinical psychologist based in Newcastle Upon Tyne, with over 20 years of experience working with individuals to help them with various mental health problems and difficulties. I work one-to-one with my clients, helping them to understand how their difficulties may have developed and are being maintained, and find more adaptive ways to overcome them through my range of therapy services that I offer.

I’m an experienced and accredited practitioner in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR). I qualified as a Clinical Psychologist in 2004 from Newcastle University, and progressed to advanced and specialist training in CBT in 2010. I also became a practitioner in Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy in 2013. I am always committed to continuous professional development and learning, finding new and effective ways to help my clients with their mental problems.
